Dr. Jazayeri, took care of both my shoulder replacements. I am exceptionally happy with his care and the quality of time he spent with me. Both my shoulders are now feeling great. I’m able to do all the activities that I have previously thought was never possible. I got denied by multiple surgeons who told me this was gonna be impossible given the advanced deformation from my previous injuries . Dr. Jazayeri was able to take me through both sides and gave me the comfort and confidence I needed, and now I’m able to go back to golf, tennis and pick up my grandkids. Highly recommend him!!

Common Sports Injuries We See in Orange County
Coastal sports, club leagues, and busy gym schedules all put stress on the joints. Patients at the Orange office often come in with:
- Shoulder pain from surfing, swimming, or paddling
- Labral tears and instability in volleyball and other overhead sports
- ACL and meniscus injuries from soccer, basketball, or ski trips
- Elbow pain from weightlifting, climbing, or throwing
- Hamstring strains and tendon tears in runners and sprinters
- Ongoing joint pain after a previous surgery
If your pain has not improved with rest, bracing, or physical therapy, an evaluation can help pinpoint what is holding your recovery back.
What to Expect When You Visit the Orange Office
Many patients start with a phone call or a virtual consultation, which lets Dr. Jaz review your symptoms and imaging before you come in. When you visit Orange, he performs a hands-on exam, explains what your imaging shows, and talks through how the injury affects your training and daily life.
You will leave knowing your diagnosis and your options. If surgery is recommended, the team explains where your procedure will take place, helps coordinate scheduling, and sends you prehabilitation guidance so your body is as prepared as possible.
After treatment, the myHealthTrack remote rehab program keeps you connected to trainers and physical therapists, and follow-up visits can be scheduled in Orange or by telehealth when appropriate.
